What is EXPRESS shipping?

EXPRESS shipping is only offered for orders with a maximum weight of 15 kilogram.
For express shipping, we use GOGREEN, which measures the CO2 emissions generated during the transport and processing of parcel shipments and offsets them through climate protection projects.
As the transit time for normal shipping within Austria is usually 1 day anyway we do not offer EXPRESS shipping within Austria.

As EXPRESS shipping is a pure airplane service, the costs depend on weight and size/volume of a parcel. The calculated shipping weight for your order is shown in your shopping cart before you select an shipping option.

Please note that EXPRESS shipping means EXPRESS transit times. It does not necessarily mean, that if you order today you will get your parcel tomorrow or after tomorrow. We will ship your order within the delivery times indicated at every product ("ready to ship in xxx days"). But the shipping itself is much much faster.

Normal post shipping to Canada:
You order from Canada and choose normal shipping via Post. We will prepare your order within 1 or 2 business days (see product details for delivery times). Then we handle your parcel to the Post for normal shipping. The transit time for Canada with normal shipping is up to 15 business days. Please allow a least one additional business day for customs procedure in Canada.

EXPRESS shipping to Canada:
You order from Canada and choose EXPRESS shipping via DHL EXPRESS. We will prepare your order within 1 or 2 business days (see product details for delivery times). Then we handle your parcel to DHL EXPRESS for EXPRESS shipping. The transit time for Canada with EXPRESS shipping is 2 business days. Please allow a least one additional business day for customs procedure in Canada.

Prices and Taxes

For customers within the EU, all product prices include the statutory VAT.
Please note that since 01.07.2021 we are obliged to charge customers within the EU the tax of the EU country to which delivery is made. The prices on our website are shown in Euro and include Austrian VAT as long as you are not logged in or have selected a delivery country for the order. Please note that the final price depends on the actual VAT that applies to your order. You will see the final price including the VAT rates valid for the ordered items in the last order step, as soon as it is clear to which EU country you want to be delivered.
Customers outside the EU will not be charged VAT. For companies in the EU outside of Austria, which deposit a valid UID in their customer account, no tax will be charged either.
If you order from a country outside the EU, please note that customs or import fees may be incurred in your country, which are to be borne by you.

Note for customers in the US:
Starting August 29, 2025, the current US government will suspend the previous de minimis rule for worldwide parcel shipments with a value of up to USD 800. This means that customs fees will apply to all shipments to the US in the future, regardless of value, country of origin, or shipping method.
We do not have any information about the amount of customs duties that may be incurred for your package in the US.

What does EXPRESS shipping cost?

The transit times are indicated in business days. There is no EXPRESS delivery on saturday or sunday. If you are outside the European Union please allow one or two additional days for customs procedure in your country.

Depending on the calculated shipping weight of your parcel we charge the following shipping fees for EXPRESS shipping with DHL.
