Where and how we ship

A minimum order amount of 15 € (without shipping fee) is required in order to checkout.

In Austria or Germany we ship by GLS, DPD or Post. You are free to choose which shipping method you want.
From an order value of 100 € we deliver free of charge in Austria (GLS only).
Already from 200 € order value we deliver free of charge to Germany (GLS only).

To other European EU countries we ship with GLS. To European countries outside the EU we ship with POST.
In any case, your shipment is insured and we will send you a link to track your package online.
Please note that we cannot deliver to packing stations via GLS or DPD! Delivery to packing stations is only possible by Post.

To the most countries outside Europe we currently ship with DHL Express only!
Please use our DHL Express shipping instead for such countries.

Prices and Taxes

For customers within the EU, all product prices include the statutory VAT.
Please note that since 01.07.2021 we are obliged to charge customers within the EU the tax of the EU country to which delivery is made. The prices on our website are shown in Euro and include Austrian VAT as long as you are not logged in or have selected a delivery country for the order. Please note that the final price depends on the actual VAT that applies to your order. You will see the final price including the VAT rates valid for the ordered items in the last order step, as soon as it is clear to which EU country you want to be delivered.
Customers outside the EU will not be charged VAT. For companies in the EU outside of Austria, which deposit a valid UID in their customer account, no tax will be charged either.
If you order from a country outside the EU, please note that customs or import fees may be incurred in your country, which are to be borne by you.

Delivery Times

We have everything we offer in stock. Your order will therefore be shipped on the same or the following working day. We will only wait until we receive your payment if you choose to pay in advance by bank transfer. Orders with all othe payment methods will be shipped immediately.
Please use your customer account to track the status of your order and also pay attention to the status update emails we send to your email address.
Please make sure that you do not use a company address as delivery address at the moment, if you can' be absolutely sure that it is possible to deliver to this company without any problems, even though it is closed.

During the order process you will be asked if we may pass on your email and phone number to the shipping company.
Please tick Yes here in your own interest, this way you will receive an email from the Post, DPD or GLS with a package announcement, you can track your package more easily, arrange desired dates and increase the delivery rate.

The delivery times are indicated in working days. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, please expect slightly longer transport time than indicated, especially for deliveries outside of Austria.
We have no influence on the transport time, which in Austria is 1 to 2 working days in normal times, but these are not normal times.
