Please note:
The KnitPro ROYALE circular knitting needles each have a tiny hole at the tips.
This is not a manufacturing defect, but is intentional.
The birch wood is constantly "working". Depending on the current temperature and humidity, it expands or contracts very slightly.
If the tips were produced without this tiny hole, the air in the tip would not be able to escape and the tip would come loose or even damage the wood underneath.
When working with very hairy yarns, the hole could interfere, so please check that these needles are suitable for your project before ordering.
