Our vouchers are purely digital, you buy yourself a credit that you can then pass on to another person.
The credit can then be redeemed when placing an order in our online store.

Please note:
We do not send printed vouchers and the vouchers can only be redeemed in the online store, not in the Wollerei showroom in Wiener Neustadt.

If it is a Christmas gift, then forward your credit to the recipient via your customer account in the store on 24.12.
Or if it's a birthday present, only on the day of the birthday. This way it remains a surprise and the recipients receive all the information by email.
