Schachenmayr Catania is produced at the MEZ manufacturing site in Hungary in compliance with EU regulations and is certified according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, product class I as well.

The more intensive the skin contact of a product and the more sensitive the skin, the stricter the human-ecological requirements that need to be complied with.

Product class I has the strictest criteria. Products include articles for babies and toddlers up to 3 years of age (e.g. underwear, rompers, clothing, bed linen, toys, etc.).

Anyone who produces toys commercially is obligated to comply with all legal requirements for the production and is self-responsible for any required examinations and certifications of these toys.
