The fantastic color gradients are created by knotting the individual threads in a flowing course. In the finished model these mini knots are hardly visible.
The 4-thread yarn always changes color at regular intervals on only one thread at a time, until the color change is completed on all 4 threads.
This gives the knitted piece an almost seamless color gradient.
