What are the shipping costs and the delivery times?
Where and how we ship
We only ship to the countries listed in the table below. We cannot accept orders from other countries.
We ship your order with Austrian post or DPD.
Delivery Times
After receiving your payment we will ship your order within the delivery times indicated at every product.

Gedifra, Rowan and Schachenmayr Yarns: up to 2 weeks
If a yarn is not in stock in the selected color and will not be available within 2 weeks from the manufacturer we will notify you via Email.
