What are the shipping costs and the delivery times?
Where and how we ship
We only ship to the countries listed in the table below.
We cannot accept orders from other countries.
We ship your order with DPD or Austrian post. In any case your package is insured and trackable, we will provide you with a tracking link as soon as we ship your order.
Prices
For customers within the European Union all prices include VAT. For customers outside the European Union no VAT is charged. If you are outside the European Union please note that your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
Delivery Times
After receiving your payment we will ship your order within the delivery times indicated at every product.
Approximate values:
Rowan, SMC Select and Schachenmayr Yarns: up to 7 days
If a yarn is not in stock in the selected color and will not be available within 7 dayss from the manufacturer we will notify you via Email.
